Australian-grown green tea blend containing:
Australian Green Tea – We source our green tea from two small growers, one here in Queensland and one from southern Tasmania. They blend perfectly and offer a delicate green tea, which is widely known for it’s anti-oxidant and wellness properties.
Ginkgo – Ginkgo has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries, being upheld for its brain boosting and circulatory properties.
Peppermint and Spearmint – We source our mint from the cool climate of northern Tasmania where they are organically grown on a small family-owned farm. Mint is known to be an excellent digestive herb and the menthol aroma is a great pick-me-up.
Native Rivermint – Grown in Victoria, Rivermint adds an extra layer to the minty flavours of this tea, traditionally used to relieve coughs, colds and headaches.
Brewing Instructions: This green blend is best brewed with 80° water for 3-5 minutes. Reinfuse the leaves in the same day 2-3 times. You can also cold brew the herbs overnight in the fridge for a refreshing and restoring alternative for your water bottle.
